Hot Tubs & Saunas

Infrared rays are part of the solar spectrum. It is these rays that make you feel hot when you sunbathe. However they should not be confused with the ultraviolet ones, that are the rays that cause the tan and the burns caused by the sun exposure.

Exposure to this radiation is proven to be beneficial to the body.

Operation
Electrically heated ceramic panels are used. Thanks to the arrangement of the panels, 80 to 85% of the radiation will warm the body, losing only 15 to 20%. In this way, the body fully absorbs the rays and captures the beneficial energy they transmit.

It is made
The rays penetrate deep into the body, warming it. The body reacts by accelerating the pulse and blood flow. As a way to combat the warmth, the body initiates a natural transpiration reaction. In this segregation of the body fat, cholesterol, acids, ammonia and, above all, heavy metals such as lead, cadmium, nickel, copper or sodium are diluted. It also generates a relief for muscle tensions, tendon injuries and for the organism as a whole.

This technique was invented in Japan in 1967 for medicinal purposes.
